What's covered
Autubin warrants its tools to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase, when used normally for their intended purpose. Batteries and chargers are covered for state battery warranty period.
What's not covered
- Normal wear items (chains, bars, blades, brushes).
- Damage from misuse, accident, modification, or commercial overuse beyond the tool's intended scope.
- Tools purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot, and if needed arrange a repair or replacement. Tools bought on Amazon may also be supported through your Amazon order.

Add the standard statement that this limited warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights, with jurisdiction-specific language as advised by counsel.
